My OperaJay Z - aka Jigga aka Hova

Well what a week! Work picked up a little last week and I managed to seal a couple of deals! Thank goodness! 
So a lot more positive from that point of view! I am hoping that it will continue to become busier so that I can earn good money just in time for Christmas! I can't believe it's only around the corner!
Friday was my bf and I's Anniversary. Despite our little 'blip' last year, we are now going strong and immensely happy together! To be honest, we both forgot about it But I called him late morning and reminded him of it! We decided to go to dinner. At lunchtime I popped to the shops and bought him a silver bracelet. It will be the third time I have bought him one as he keeps losing them! lol! But I insured it this time... and I am hoping it will be third time lucky He bought me these beautiful flowers and I was just over the moon! I just had to take some pics of them!
Saturday I had to work It was really annoying. Everything seemed to go wrong! The evening was just spent chilling out and watching TV. So nothing really that interesting going on there! The good thing about Saturday was the the mighty mighty Arsenal won at long last at the Emirates Stadium 3-0, Gallas and Henry the Aresnal scorers, the other goal was an own goal. I was so please for Gallas scoring! See! I told you all we got the better side of the deal!
Now yesterday was AMAZING!!! I did my chores in the morning at my lovely flat, followed by lunch with my friends that I was going to the Jay Z concert with In the great Jay Z's words 'What more can I say?' The concert was FANTASTIC!!! Kano a UK artist was one of the warm-up acts! And he did us proud!!! Then they brought on Lupe Fiasco who is an up and coming American rap artist - THEN it was the main event - 'HOVA HOVA HOVA....' The crowd chanted - and out he came! The show was spectacular, he had his 'home boy' Memphis Bleek there supporting him and Beyonce also made a performance.
I must say, I am not a fan of beyonce whatsoever!!! Last week, she won 2 Mobo awards (including Best International Female) and not a peep from her, no appearance (and she was in London for the Armani Show at Earls Court the following day), no video acceptance - not even a written speech for somone to accept on her behalf!!! Saying that though Jay Z won the best international male and he did the same, but at least at the concert he apologised for his absence and lack of speech. She just marched off stage like the so called 'Diva' that she is! I cannot stand that woman!
I honestly think that they should have had a bit more respect for the Awards. MOBO Awards stands for Music Of Black Origin Awards and they just completely let down their fans in this country who look up to them as role models. Beyonce was booed and rightly so, I have to say, there were much better female performers in her group that probably would have been over the moon at receiving the award! Even at the Jay Z concert she didn't thank anyone for the awards! At least he did!
