I cooked for my bf last night. I gotta say, I impressed myself, let alone him

I set it out as starters, main and desert

The menu was: melon and parma ham (starters) Spinich and ricotta ravioli with vegetables (main) and Tirimisu (desert). All done by the time he came home from work. He was really impressed by it all and we just took it easy and chilled out.

Zoolander was on last night! It has to be one of my ALL time favourites. I am a pain to watch it with as I know all the words

I think Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller are BRILLIANT! Also to add to my favourite actors is Vince Vaughn - he's brilliant too! Unlike the other two, he has also done serious stuff as well as comedies. I watched the 'Break Up' the other night too - that was really good! Jennifer Aniston has always been one of my favourite actresses and it was great to see two of my favourites together in the same film - They were great too - I really hope they end up together! He's so much nicer than Brad Pitt

Anyway... I guess I's better do some work!

your right-Zoolander is fantastic! I recently watched it with a friend of mine. She must have been sick or something, she was just sitting there stone faced-wondering why I was hysterical.

I'm happy for you, prosciutto e melone, tortelli d'erbetta and "voilà", tiramisu'. I think you know what is the difference from food and from italian menu like your one. I don't know where u are from, but here in italy i usually enjoy menu like that, plus a good red wine bottle!

Merlot, or Gutturnio, or a Chianti from Florence are ok, but an onest young lambrusco from Parma is the best choice with ravioli ricotta e spinaci. Compliments for your cooking love, and bye bye :]

P.S.
An idea for your next night with your bf:
Penne(pasta) alla matriciana.
Bacon cubes, olive oil, onion, tomatoes, salt, black pepper and chili powder. Parmigiano or Pecorino on the top!
