Det er eit hardt liv av og til.
Og dette er ein av dei tidene, vekene, kanskje månadene.
Skulle ynskje eg visste kor lenge.

Yes ... it's the not knowing that makes it so bad. If we couldsay "Yes, this is difficult and painful, but it will all be over in x amount of time", it would be much easier to take.

I remember a comedy about a jewel robbery which starred Marcello Mastroianni, in which the man in charge of the jewels, when he heard of the robbery, said he was going to take a nap. When the people said "How can you takea nap in a situation like this?", he said "This technique has gotten me through two World Wars and a Great Depression; I see no reason to change now."

Try to relax and not get too worked up ... everything is over sometime, and the less you let it hurt you, the better off you'll be when it's over.
