So, this french band sing in english. More singers and bands do that in France, it's like a new trend. And you know how proud of french France is so there are many who feel mixed. But they got the Victoire de la Musique 2011 as Revelation, it's like the Grammys.

Il y aura qu'une seule chanson pour cet artiste. Mais quelle chanson! La première fois que je l'ai entendu, elle ne me plaisait pas du tout mais finalement elle a fait son petit bout de chemin et voilà! C'est devenue l'une de mes préférées. La musique et les paroles sont magnifiques. C'est comme un rêve. On se retrouve dans un monde de poèsie et de fantasy, ça me fait penser au Moyen-Âge et au Cirque aussi.There is only one song for this artist. But what a song! C'est un artiste légendaire très difficile à décrire, ses textes sont très poètiques et ses interprétations sont très émouvantes à chaque fois qu'il chante. Le Maloya et le Sega (à ne pas confondre avec la console! il y a aussi le seggae, un mélange entre le reggae et le sega) sont des danses et des chants venant des îles mascareignes dont principalement l'île de la Réunion (Maloya, Séga) et l'île Maurice (Sega, Seggae). Je ne suis pas très sûre que ça soit considéré comme musique francophone mais comme le Créole malgré les différences entre les îles de l'océan indien est dérivé du français, je vous le met. Vous allez voir des clips en créole car je n'ai pas trouvé de chansons sur radioblog. Tout ça sera dans le billet suivant car je n'ai pas fini mes recherches et je n'ai pas encore trouvé de photos d'artistes.
Maloya and Sega (not to be confused with the console! there is seggae too a mix of reggae and sega)are dances and songs coming from the mascarene islands and mainly from La Réunion and Mauritius. I am not very sure that this is regarded as Francophone music but as the Creole, in spite of the differences between the islands of the Indian Ocean, is derived from French I choose to put it. As I didn't find a song on radioblog, you'll see clips in the next post because I didn't finish my research and didn't find photos yet. I hope my frenglish was understable, you'll tell me!

C'est un groupe qui vient de ma ville , c'était donc obligé que je les choisisse pour parler de rap. Je sais c'est très chauvin de ma part mais vous vous attendiez à quoi? On est très chauvin en France d'après les touristes étrangers!!

Ce billet ne parle pas de musique mais de la nouvelle chaîne france24. C'est pour vous faire patienter car Radioblogclub, le site que j'utilise pour mettre les chansons, est en train de chercher un nouveau serveur et donc n'est pas accessible pour le moment.
France24 est une chaîne qui prend le modèle des chaînes comme BBC INT, CNN INT ou Al Jazeera. Elle est diffusée en trois langues: le français bien évidemment, l'anglais avec malheureusement un accent made in France et pour être à la mode il y a l'info en arabe également. On voit les informations de la France et du monde d'un point de vue français et c'est pour moi un grand défaut, ça aurait été plus intéressant de voir l'info d'un point de vue francophone. Ceux qui arrivent à la capter sont chanceux, ma parabole n'y arrive pas donc je me contente d'aller sur leur site qui n'est pas mal. Faites-y un tour pour vous faire une idée!

France24 is a channel which takes the model of others like BBC INT, CNN INT or Al Jazeera. It is diffused in three languages: French obviously, English with unfortunately an accent 'made in France' and to go along with the mode there is Arabic too. We can see news of France and of the world from a French point of view and it is for me a great flaw, it would have been more interesting to see the news from a Francophone point of view. Those which manage to see it are lucky, my parabola does not find the channel so I have to go on their site which is quite good . Go there to make you an idea!

La plupart des gens ont découvert ce couple soit grâce à Manu Chao soit à la dernière Coupe du Monde 2006 en Allemagne. Ils me font énormément penser aux griots. Et j'ai eu assez de mal à trouver des informations précises donc je n'ai pas mis les dates de sorties de leurs chansons, c'est assez changeant de sites en sites et je ne suis même pas sûre du titre de l'une des chansons!
Most people discovered this couple either thanks to Manu Chao(I have to do a post for him too) or with the last Football (or soccer) World cup 2006 in Germany where they song the official anthem. They make me think of the griots. And it was hard work to find informations precise enough, so I did not put the dates of release of their songs, it is so changing on several sites and I am not even sure of the title of one of the songs I put!

Encore écrire en français ça va mais en anglais!! c'est plus dur parce que je n'ai pas appris l'anglais mais le franglais 'accent marseillais' comme tout bon marseillais qui se respecte ^_^ donc ami(e)s francophones souhaitez-moi bonne chance. Soooooooo...well I'm trying (THE key word of all the next posts in English...hum in Frenglish I mean) to speak/write in English but I didn't learn it in school but Frenglish with a marseillais accent. You have to know that in (or at?) Marseille we often mispronounce french words even invent new words, well lots of people do it even more when they don't pay attention. Result => very very bad accent!!! Go see some video there France 3 Méditéranée if you are curious to see the various accents possible in France. Well, one day a teacher of mine just so happened to see my blog and so here I am trying to write nonsense in Frenglish about francophone artists and their music and hope that one person understand what I am writing! Now I had to edit my old post and write my opinion!! See Professor, I'm going to do what you said to me! But not now now because I'm off to bed!
