About me

I'm a sinner, but am saved by Grace Amazing, Jesus Christ. I am not better than any other individual. No sin is greater or worse than lying or gossipping, but all of us will die because of sin. Only when we repent of our sin and acknowledge our Creator and the death and resurrection of his son Jesus Christ will we be freed from sin. With this freedom we know that when we die our souls will go to Heaven to be with Jesus.

I am extremely frustrated with what Christianity has become and is perceived as, and it is our own fault for letting it become what it is. The heart of Christianity is supposed to be love. Unfortunately sin continues to get in the way. The greatest commandment we are given is "Love each other as I have loved you." John 15:12

So to all who have been turned off by Christians who open their big mouths a little too much, please excuse us, and if you can forgive us. We certainly aren't perfect, Christianity is not about perfection, but relationships. We are all made in the image of God, created to walk with him. I recommend the following websites if you are frustrated with the traditional Christianity, but are looking for something real and authentic. www.sandalschurch.com a church whose goal is 'being real with ourselves, others and God,' and they honestly mean that. www.relevantmagazine.com for 20-somethings and up, who are fed up with religion, but still believe in God. My work

I recently graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my B.A. in Music, with an emphasis in Church Music. I have studied to become a worship leader, and my heart and passion lies in leading worship for the church, and in helping people understand that worship is not just a Sunday morning thing, but that they should be worshipping God everyday with the way they live their lives.
