Aw. Cool. I tried some moving around today, but I couldn't quite figure it out. I did some changes in the structure, and I think it's better now, but I'm sure your comments will help me improve it further. smile

The draft of the end, by the way, is done, so if you want, I'll send you the entire thing on Friday. smile Official first draft, as it were.

Scary. The stuff that's left to do is all the difficult stuff - being told which parts suck by people, trying to cut unnecessary length and unnecessary scenes, reshuffling bits of the story for pacing-reasons when they're locked in order due to their respective continuity, trying to make the characters sound more idiosyncratic, bettering the phrasings, all these things. The fun stuff - "making shit up" - is sort of done now...
