You may do well to accept hair loss
Most men have some hair loss by the time that they are 50 years old. Taking care of the hair and scalp may be in order if you are concerned, as many men are, about their hair. Unfortunately most of the people who engaged in active programs to restore their hair found that the results were unsatisfactory.
“Most baldness cures just don’t cut it, according to a new Consumer
Reports magazine survey of more than 8,000 men and women who have
personal experience with hair loss.” Read more at

Genes Cause 90% of Male Hair Loss
“Though hereditary, the trait may be more influenced by your mother’s family than your father’s. So a look at your maternal grandfather’s locks may give you a better clue about the future of yours.” Read more at

Though all of the facts the lead to hair loss are not known, it is now thought that perhaps the mother’s genes are mostly involved in the determination for a person’s chances to endure hair loss. One common myth about hair loss says that f a man’s father is bald, he’ll go bald, too.
If you are a smoker, and you are concerned about hair loss, first stop smoking.
“Several studies show a significant relationship between smoking and how fast male-pattern baldness gets worse. So if you need one more reason to quit smoking, add early hair loss to your list.”
Another possible cause of hair loss seems to point to side effects of medication.
A Hair- and Heart-Healthy Diet
“Keep hair shiny by eating salmon for omega-3 fatty acids; spinach and carrots for vitamin A; brazil nuts for selenium; and oysters and walnuts for zinc. All help maintain scalp and hair health, as do low-fat dairy, whole grains, and vegetables. Double the results: foods good for your hair are also good for your heart.” Pasted from <http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/slideshow-hair-and-scalp-conditions>
For a basic overview of Coconut water for those who have not experienced the pleasure of drinking it,
The primary benefit of coconut water as compared to plain water is first electrolytes. An electrolyte is a chemical that conducts electrical signals in the body. With coconut water the electrolyte is potassium. A banana has nearly as much potassium as a cup of coconut water.
Besides hydration and replenishing electrolytes in the body, other benefits of coconut water are numerously detailed in article linked below this.
For many of us in the relatively cooler climate of N. America and N. Europe, the cultivation and harvesting of coconuts for coconut water may be fascinating.
As a sport drink, coconut water will not replace the much maligned Gatorade, though, because coconut water does not have the necessary sodium content that the body needs in extreme sports.

It sounds funny for me to recommend that people drink a caffeinated beverage in order to relax, and evidence shows that black tea has a chemical in it that promotes relaxation.
The English people and the Indian people have taken black tea for centuries, and they well know the diminishing returns of taking black tea. Obviously moderation is the key. Polyphenols which may open the blood vessels are taken with caffeinated tea. Caffeine, in contrast, raises the heart rate. Apparently, coffee does not have a beneficial effect on Cholesterol as black tea does.
This leads to the question of whether decaffeinated black tea has more of a beneficial effect. Unfortunately, at this time, it is not known whether or not the decaffeination process removes the beneficial polyphenols of black tea. [Coffee contains different polyphenols compared to black tea, and caffeine increases the amount of cortisol in the blood stream. Cortisol is a compound related to stress.

It is well known that chronic stress can effect a person’s health for the worse. Long term stress may be the result of day to day problems such as having too many concerns at work, not enough money for bills or concerns for an ill loved one. Those types of situations go for long periods of time, and a person may not have the coping skills necessary to meet those demands.
Long term stress may lead to a situation where a person body chemistry gets unbalanced and then problems in the body may occur such as tension, sleeping problems, and physical sickness to name a few. Relationships and work performance may suffer with long term stress.
Some stress in life can help to produce a benefit because the challenge motivates a person to action. He will find a solution to a problem or perform admirably in a race. That is not chronic stress which involves a sinking feeling that a person does not have adequate resources of energy or capacity to meet a demand of life.
A possible outcome for a person who lives with chronic stress if he is susceptible is major depression. According to an article linked below on Webmd.com,
|Sustained or chronic stress, in particular, leads to elevated hormones such as cortisol, the "stress hormone," and reduced serotonin and other neurotransmitters in the brain, including dopamine, which has been linked to depression. http://www.webmd.com/depression/features/stress-depression|
To effectively deal with day to day stress in life there are some steps that a person may take. He may write about bothering matters, exercise enough to raise endorphin levels, talk and emote to deal with stress and meditate on images that bring peace as a few strategies. People may eat foods of which I have made a list that are beneficial such as oatmeal, complex carbohydrates, oranges and other foods rich in Vitamin C, spinach, fatty fish such as salmon or tuna, and black tea instead of coffee. Link this a photo show on Webmd.com called Diet for Stress Management Slideshow: Stress-reducing Foods
Finally, a study has shown that simply by hearing the voice of one’s mother, a woman may reduce her stress. There appears to be some connection to the soothing sound of a mother’s voice and the level of anxiety of her daughter according to the study linked here on Webmd.com entitled Mom's Voice Soothes Stress, Even by Phone.
If those steps do not bring relief, it may be necessary for a person to contact a health professional who may provide a stronger remedy. Long term stress need not bring a person down in life as it did in the past with recent advances in pharmacology.
Dieters can get a little screechy about a sugar habit. Many of us in America have the problem of sugar addiction, and the epidemic of obesity is often in the news. There are some websites that offer some tips for cutting down on sugar in one’s diet.
Over consumption of sugar can lead to problems such as stroke, heart disease, diabetes and obesity, as many people know.
The consumption of sugar starts a cycle where a person will want to repeatedly consume every few hours in order that he may refuel. That pattern starts at birth for many people because the taste of sweet foods is one of the first preferences that they develop. Additionally, the task of changing the behavior of consuming sweets is made more difficult because sweets or carbohydrates stimulate the release in the brain of a chemical called serotonin that makes people feel good. They get another dose of conditioning because sugar also releases endorphins in the blood stream that calm and relax them.
The problem is not when a person indulges in a moderate sweet treat now and again, but when he gets into frenzy with popping bon bons into his mouth and similar overindulgent situations. The American heart Association has issued remarkably forceful recommendations that a man eat a maximum of 9 tablespoons of added sugars per day and that a woman take no more than 6 of them.
