Photoshop Express - online basic image editing

Hello, I am not posting much lately because I am not in the right mood.
Anyway, here is an interesting Web (Flash) Application from Adobe, a basic online image editor.

The whole trick is about Flash, that doens't work well on my Opera borwser. It seems in a near future there will be a Flash runtime and Flash "local" applications, meaning you won't need to connect to the Internet to use them, more or less the same as the Java runtime and Java applications. There are two other different visions, MS with Silverlight and Google with "open Web technologies" like Firefox, JS etc.
On a side note, there is also a video editing tool but I guess you must subcribe other services to use it (like Photobucket):
