At least, not always. This is what I've found this morning. It was so cold that I could not press the button.

I think all middle Europe is currently freezing. Recently my husband and I made a visit to Munich and we took only two images outside - though it was bright sunshine...

Here it is hot in summer and cold in winter, cloudy and rainy in the middle. That is because I live far from the sea, in a plain that is right under the mountains.
