Bone fracture

Today’s is 4th month after my operation, when doctors fix my broken arm with titanium bar and screws.
My arm now is 80-90% with same functionality as it was before fracture, but I still do exercises with Power Ball. That is a great gadget. It helps me to restore my wrist movability.
But unfortunately titanium bar still inside me, and doctors should cut me again at summer
