About me

I love to cook and take pictures. If I wasn't a chef, I'd most definitely would be a professional photographer taking wildlife and nature photos. I have two German shepherd dogs that love to go hiking or running on the beach while dragging me behind on their leashes.

My work

My work keeps me really busy, day and night. Just opened a restaurant here on Maui and within the next two months, I'll be flying over to the Big Island, Hawaii, to open another one. I'm fortunate enough that I can have my dogs with me while I work. Well, they have their own jobs, too. They are security dogs that patrol the area to keep the riff raff out. I design the menus, test recipes, and make everyone around me gain weight from eating everything I come up with.
