Under Lucario's Rule!

Hello good people of Lucario's Universe or not. I'm going holding a tournament that will start in three months on May 11th. The reason that I am holding it in three months is because my DS is broken right now and I am waiting for a new one. When it does get fixed, I have to do some serious training. Me and Ryan the Sea King will pull together a prize for the winner of the tournament.
How to register: put your name and friend code in a form like this:
Name: ~~~~~~~~
Friend Code: 0000 0000 000

After you have done that, just prepare for the tournament.
HERE ARE THE RULES (READ THESE I CANNOT STRESS THIS MORE!!)
~THERE ARE NO UBERS OR LEGENDARIES~ TKRaw told me about this one tournament some Scoop guy was having and the winner of the tournament had almost all legendaries for his team!
~THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE FREE LEVEL BECAUSE THE TOURNAMENT IS BEING HELD IN THREE MONTHS, PLENTY OF TIME TO TRAIN YOUR POKEMON~
