"Tony Shalhoub shines his talents once again in this tasteful and complete weaving of a great story.
With appearances by Sharonna and Randy, The Captain and Natalie, the writers have done a superb job using the supporting roles to polish the brilliance that is ""Monk"".
This final season does credit to the eight years of Monk that have developed this loveable character, despite his eccentricities.
Featured episodes are the standard crime solvers,the heart wrenchers and the highs and lows of a burgeoning Monk.
The icing on the cake is most definitely the last 3 episodes, where Mr Monk achieves his dream, "" Mr Monk and the Badge"".
