I wish I knew how to do this feathering effect. Wonder if it is airbrushing.... Suppose the smudge tool would work...take a lot of patience though.

took a LOT of work to do that picture....I know just from the little bit of smudging and brushing I do here and there it takes a steady hand, time time time, and I just can't see that well anymore to do anything this good but boy wish I could!!! It is absolutely stunning.
