As the title reads, it is NOV 11 2010, Veterans day. My brothers and Sisters who have served, I SALUTE YOU! I also want to honor the families who support the solider, and make it possible to do what it is we have to do in our service to this country. Thank You!
I come from a long line of military service members.. My Grandfather was in the Navy. My Adoptive Father who gave me a name was in the Army, and the man I came to know as dad was in the Special Forces. My Uncle also was in the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer, my Mother and Grandmother both worked out at White Sands. My Sisters husband was also military, my wife and I also served in the Army. Growing up in El Paso TX, you grew up with the Military all around you, you grew up respecting the men and women who sacrifice so much for their country and for strangers all across our land. If your lucky to serve then you understand why they do it, without question... and that is why today is VETERANS DAY. So we can say thank you, and praise you, and acknowledge all you do with out asking for any praise. That is why I take this time to SALUTE all that have served, my brothers and sisters in the MILITARY.
