Chaps to be there at 10:30 -- busses departing at 11:00 a.m. CST

Itinerary for ISSMA Regional Marching Festival
Date: Saturday, October 17th
Location: Lafayette-Jefferson High School
1801 S. 18th Street
Lafayette, IN 47905
8:15 AM (CST) - Arrive at MHS wearing athletic shorts, athletic shoes, and red t-shirt
8:45 - All members on the practice field for marching basics
9:00 - Rehearsal on segments of the show
9:30 - Final run-through
9:40 - Start loading the semi
10:20 - Finish loading the semi
10:30 - Final instructions for the day from Directors (seated in band room)

10:45 - Start loading the busses (seniors, juniors, soph, frosh)
11:00 - Depart for LJ HS (eat sack lunch on the bus ride)DEPART DEPART DEPART DEPART
2:00 (EST) - Arrive at LJ HS, unload the semi
3:15 - Get in half uniform/under armor
3:40 - Move to physical warm-up staging
3:50 - Physical warm-up (full uniform)
4:14 - Transit to music warm-up
4:19 - Music warm-up
4:43 - Transit to field staging
5:01 - Take the field
5:04 - Performance!PERFORMANCE PERFORMANCE PERFORMANCE
5:14 - Exit the field and hydrate
5:20 - Post-performance meeting
5:25 - Full Band move equipment back to truck area, get out of uniform , and
follow the truck loading procedure
6:15 - Move as a group to the busses to go to the mall
Eat concessions
7:45 -- Report to busses go back to LJHS
Report back at : 7:45
8:58 - Class B Awards
9:20 - Class B awards conclude, move as a group back to bus/truck area.
9:35 - Load busses and take attendance
9:50 - Depart for Munster
10:45 (CST) - ETA for Munster, unload and summary meeting w/ Directors
*No one will be dismissed until everything is unloaded and neatly put back into the
band room!
EVERYONE NEEDS TO PACK AND BRING A SACK LUNCH FOR THE BUS
RIDE!!
