Or it is November influences on me so terribly...or I dont know...
Took a book - wanted to read...But usually I dont like to read...dont know why...maybe to lazy...or maybe too much my own thouths in my head...dont know...But tried to find anything...anything that could tought me...And - no success...Everything is so borring for me...Even a favorite movie...

~yes i get angry with myself & it shows & people either avoid or just dont help ~ & later i feel kind of guilty & so its a kind of vicious circle ~

~Yes the same with reading & viewing ~ as i know it!it shud pass eventually ~ suddenly you Will read /view something that satisfies you ~ Just make sure you get thru the present somehow & you will be fine ~

spasibo - means thank you..I know that - the most awful in this situation that nobody aand nothing can help... Just need to live the day...maybe not one day...then days change...then again....And because of it life became more not interesting to me... I am tolerable... its my way...one day i ll come somewhere....

~before i was hours! in library for book & still didnt find one to interest & absorb me ~ then a week or two later found a book within minutes ~ so is it state of mind or something like luck (serendipity?) ~

I am lazy to read books...nd not stisfied by myself...I think I need to go to the fitness club....I dond go there about 3 month...was too tired and ennoyed by the same place ans people... now think I need to spend my energy
