I went on a trip to Ontario and Quebec this summer! I cant tell everything so I just came up with a top ten list of all that happened during the trip. Im gonna try to remember where this happened!
The real plus was I got to go with my boyfriend!
1) Toronto-I loved going to Canada's Wonderland! very fun! (downside was that it rained while there)
2) ROM-Royal Ontario Museum-Its not too bad. It felt like there was so much to take in
3) We met up my Cousin and his girlfriend for a nice dinner
4) Going to Ottawa-I can say we went at least once. Not much there to do
5) Going to Montreal for the first time-enough said
6) Lovin the hotel-fairmont!
7) Lovin the shoppin scene! nice things everywhere!
8) Lovin to see my aunt and family
9) Taking bikes wherever u wanted and going by the water!
10) Coming home after all that!
It was very lovely-just the weather was always muggy!

mass consumption, poetry
Im a victim of mass consumption and its not my fault, Im programed that way.
There are so many sales but not enough money. Maybe if I won the lottery, I can have it all.
Maybe I can be happy after all.
Im afraid that it wont be enough. Not enough closets, not enough boxes, still not enough money.
A family from a third world country can live off my scraps.
I need more things to fill a void. That family only has the clothing on their backs.
I am simplistic and complicated. Im laced with habits and a little bit jaded.
Just lose some weight and look prettier. I can be accepted and feel superior.
Then as quit as it came, all went away. Happiness wasnt here to stay.
Im left at square one and not much wiser. That family has nothing, but they are happier.
Where do I go from here?

life, so called
Its has been along time since I have been on here. There are many new and exciting things happpening right now. This is just a list of what is hot in my life and what is not.
Hot list
*Getting paid for three months off
*Being busy everyday even though I dont have a job.
*Visting friends and family almost all the time
*Looking forward to vacation in sanFran
*trying to make more plans for another vacation.
Crap list
*Not sure what kind of career I want
*not having time for myself
*Have to make quick decisions about what I am going to do.
But its been pretty good so far. Just a few glitches that have set me back alittle. This thing called life has a lot of potholes and speedbumps. But sometimes the vechile you drive is pretty awesome (something like that).
Anyway I shall post again on the progress called my life, cheers ya'll

Stuff
This list is what I like at this period of time.
Starting with people....
My friends: Well they know who they are. I usually let them know in some way. I like to make time for them. They are soo awesome. They make my world a little better.
My Family: Love them or hate them, they are always there and they are the best people ever.
Then there are people who just make me happy and I cant help but love them! I love people who are loud and laugh just as loud. Its not the volume so much, its the personality that comes with. I have so much with these kind of people. They also are so accepting. They take you as you are.
Now with Music: Since I like everything, Im making a top ten list.
1. Apparations-Matthew Good (its a classic)
2. O Saya-M.I.A ft another artist I cant name (from the slumdog millionaire soundtrack)
3. Runaway train-soul asylum (hits me pretty hard)
4. Boys, boys, boys-lady gaga (a fun song!)
5. Fated-Matthew Good (its just one those things....)
6. Free Bird-Lynard Synard (hits the heart so hard)
7. Au Dela (ft Manda)-Morcheeba (a beautiful french song I cant get out of my head)
8. Queer-Garbage (one of my fav girl power songs!!!)
9. Travelin Through-Dolly parton (this is awesome!)

Time passes and the weather changes. Even the human body wears the sign of aging. But the mind pretty much stays the same. Somehow the memories linger and catch up with you. I was thinking about what kind of mother I had and the circumstances involved.
I moved out at a young age. I have since been "adopted" (not legally) by other wonderful ladies. They are great mentors and awesome cooks!
But no matter how much time has passed, or how good life is, you always remember your mother. They are always a part of your memory. They are very much a part of who you are. I believe my mother is the only mother that I will ever have.
