Okey, heres a thought:

I'm wondering if theres anyone out there who can tell me the meaning of life?

I'm sorry, thats a bit "stiff" to begin with.!

Another one:

Lets say you forgot your wife's birthday. What is the perfect soulution to salvage your merriage?
Is there a perfect gift or act I could perform?
Would there be anything that could make your wife instantly change her opinion that you are a jerk?

And no. I did not forget my wifes birthday. I actually bought her three gifts and roses.

Yeah, a pet is not always the best for those of you who has an alergic wife. But the idea could actually work on some wives.
