"Destined Minds"

when it feels as if you have fallen so far down,
and you look around nothing.. noone is there
you think could anyone care?
it is yourself that is keeping you from seeing,
it is your self that is killing your well being,
it is you whom chokes the very life from your grasp,
it is you that refuses to ask,
how do i know?
i died many years ago,
i allowed my eyes to cover my soul..
dam those who left me here,
but they will never see a tear!
they will never know what they have done to me!
they will never know they have killed who i was meant to be,
ill be strong! ill show them all!
look the same, play the game..
they wont get me!!!!
yeah they wont get to me...
cuz i got to me

when you fall down you will always find my hand ready to hold you and rest you close to my heart!
even stars are falling but the sky is full of them the next night!

oh wow again so poetic a response....even the stars are falling but the sky is full of them the next night - love it....and your first line so much reminds me of the gracious Father in heaven who carries all our burdens....

This piece title was given to me by some "muses" when I got bored and had nothing to write about they gave me the title and I took it from there and voila a new piece

hi maree, thank you for reading my poem, and your invitation. i have as i would put it in one of my poems, all my life i have" had so much to say and yet never spoken at all" and you are the first person i have shared even a little of my thoughts with and im so glad i did. i have one poem that has been in my soul for years that i teasure the most and i want to share it with you if you dont mind, i feel your poems are great and....

when i walk by
you will always see me smile
but in my eyes
there is a secreat that lies...
the key to my soul
that i must hold
that must never be told
forgive me i cannot bear
my mind to share
what my soul holds so deep
so far down my heart cannot even keep
my heart tried..
but failed the first time i cried
and fell to my knees
thats where it must be..
in order to preserve the rest of me...
i promised to always blink
and through your eyes i can make you think...
the one purpose i have always wanted to do
im fine!..let me be here for you.

I cannot begin to tell you how i felt when i read your kind words truly, for the first time out of all the years i have kept my emotions on paper to bring them to you made my soul breath and allowed my eyes to stay open until a tear cleansed them. thank you so much...i didnt blink

those lines are so full of emotion and impact and one holds their breath reading them as they soak those heartaching words where one recognises that one has also been there....

cool no probs can always do with more inspirative words now is inspriative allowed? oh well will take poetic licence...Today I am nursing a much better finger today - seems after a day at the hospital and hubby losing me between floors and going back to nail technciicna to have nail removed seems they have cut a little to much intot he nail bed causing cellitus of the nail bed on the index digit..so no impressed = some ice and simple antibiotics seems to have done the trick and seem already on the mend - I have a new friend poppoing over to take off the rest of the nails and I trust them more than these so called nail techncicians...etc..

alls well that ends well - this lady did my nails and restored them to natural state again and finger this evening is feeling so much less painful in fact her working on my nail didn't affect me at all....so that was good news...

yes, and I hope and wish you always to have good news...2008 entered with a strange effect of you fingers I wish I can send you gloves for the whole family!
