tremble and shake
sweat and nervousness
no control
senses reeling

overwhelmed
I crumble to the floor
no control
trying to focus

nauseous
parched and thirsty
no control
needing to pee

my mind is elsewhere
my body in emergency
no control
trying to be patient...

schock set in
as wave upon wave
washes over me...
