"Destined Minds"

A WORK IN PROGRESS.....

Heaven calls upon the wings of angels
the quiet still voice of God
and softly sings amidst the sweet
fragrance of the lavendar fields

For there is joy to the world
that rests under sky's cavern
of night and day that brings about
a piece that only our God can yeild

So tender and sweet, inspiring reminder of what so many take for granted and do not take the time to truly see Gods' love in all that surround's us!!! Like the old saying "Take time to smell the roses". Lovely poetry Maree* Lyn

so raise your chest softly
and breath in the aroma of the earth
before time comes and is no more
so harken near all you who are loved

for I have been calling you for some time
and you have been so busy wasting precious
moment upon moment and have ignored
the sovereign voice of God from above

hmmm I think they are the next lines to this piece...

First:  those verses you wrote are perfect, Second, I am sorry to hear of so much pain for so many all at once and my prayer's go out to you and family! It's strange because there seems to be a lot going around at once, just for instance; my daughter's just lost their great grandma a month ago (On their father's side) though she was 104 yrs old, but still hit hard, then 2 weeks later their first cousin (again father's side) he was only 15, he was hit by another 15 yr old driving with a permit with his dad, and came around a slow ramp at 45 mph and smashed right into Joey on his bicycle. Yet, the family decided at the last minute before pulling the plug ~as he was in a stage 4 coma and uncontrollable swelling brain~ To donate his organs, of which 2 were a perfect match and immediately went to two other children. So as devastating and tragic, his death helped give 2 other children a chance at life*** Lastly, you are most welcome and it is very much my pleasure to read your poetry! Peace and God Bless, Lyn
