JOURNEY
regularly I transit this pilgrimage
of not so sacred a place
for this was merely a pleasure trip
through life which I had raced
and saw not the beauty propelled by oceans wind
and felt not the change of season
of this arctic expedition that
should give life its reason
and toured the province of summer
as I felt not the heat of day
and on foot walked through spring
as my mind began to say
from where do all journeys start
and where do they begin?
elect the road most taken as
be taken in by sin
traverse this body of water
that sails through narrow street
aimlessly I compass as
true north it seeks to meet
Will I recognise the destination
as I shortcut through the freeways
or pay the toll that's asked
along life's motorways

nature, hands, love, travel
...
This is a piece of what is dreamed in the mind
and envisioned with the heart, for without
dreams wishes remain hidden and stagnant and die
or
just something else to send my beloved grey over - lol
la belle your golden tower she calls
calls for romance
for love to come to her
Even the ancient Egyptian obelisk
adorns from short distance in the
snow-covered Place de la Concorde
who stands in idol adoration
to admire her striking beauty
and Napolean your secret
admirer lies dead cold
in his tomb unable to speak the words
Will love, share and taste
the morsel of fresh baguettes,
and sip red wine in days of Spring
then holding hands walk the
champs Elysees
Willingly I am destined to meet you,
magic city of magic moments
Napolean, Eiffel, Champs & Rodin
all watch the lovers gaze
wishing that they too could
move and feel the warmth of love
