Marriage and Pets

, , ,

When I got my two cats, my husband told me he wasn't going to clean up after them. He said it was my responsiblity, and he wanted nothing to do with it.
So, I feed them, take care of them, clean their litter, bath them, ect..
Once in a while, he'll feed them, but that's about it.
Then, talked about having a dog, and I told him I wanted nothing to do with it, that it would be his dog, meaning his responsibility.

When we finally got the dog, who do you think got stuck with poop pick-up duty?

Since I maxed out my credit card, my husbandsaid he would pay for it, but as punishment the dog was now my responsibility.

Did I mention I don't like dogs?????????
So, it's been three months, and yep... Its still my responsibility. :/

Long Time..

Wow, it has been quite a while since I have written anything.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
not all in that order of course!

I guess that's how relationships work: Sometimes you have excitement, and sometimes you have downtime.

So, to keep you up to speed. I am now working as a Substitute teacher for a private school, and I am working at a restaurant in a really nice resort in Miami Beach. So, I am bringing in the bucks.
We were tight on cash and I needed to work to take the load off my husband.
Speaking of husband, he broke his leg about a month and a half ago at work, and couldn't go back until he was fully recovered. Two days before Christmas break, they told him he could work again.

Besides that, nothing much has been going on. The parties slowed down because of work and school, so it's been quiet.

Oh, and we got a dog. More on that later!
