Remember to tell them

, , ,

Don't forget to tell your significant other how you feel about him or her.
Who cares if it's too cheesy, do it.
Who cares if you'll hurt your pride.
Tell them you love them, tell them you cannot live without them.
Call them up, leave them a text, email them... Tell them!!
Sometimes you forget to tell them because you are so caught up in "the routine."
Let them know you still care about them, it'll make a world of difference in how you treat each other.

Have a great one!

This Weekend!

:star: I am so happy! :star:

My husband and I leave to Orlando this friday, until next Wednesday! I am so excited and ready to get out of Miami! I am a Sagittarius, and my sign is known to have itchy feet.( No, not literally.) We just like to be on the move, and travel anywhere. My husband can’t stay in one place long, either.

wine We will be hitting up Epcot Food & Wine Festival, which is our favorite. We love to drink wine (I didn’t get a dishwater when we redid our kitchen because we HAD to get a wine fridge installed, lol) and we love food, so it works well in our favor. :drunk:

If you and your significant other are not busy this weekend, take them somewhere.

Pack lunch and go have a picnic at your local park. If you have a ton of land for a backyard, do it there! I bet that if you surprise them with something special like that, they would be shocked and amazed!

Why I Blog

, , , ...

So, someone left me a message asking me why I chose to share my personal life on a blog.
In answer to this question, I really don’t have just one reason.
When I got engaged, I was told not to do it. I was told that I was too young and too inexperienced to get married. I was told it wouldn’t last the first year. I didn’t understand what they were talking about because I had already lived with him for 4 years. What was going to be different?
So, I looked online for marriage advice for young people. I looked and looked and looked. I found a bunch of sites with advice about cheating spouses, broken homes, drugs, and all that. What about normal relationship advice??? What about regular relationships with nothing bad going on? Is that too dull for the internet?
Honestly, I am not writing the blog for anyone but myself. It sounds mean, I hope no one takes offense, but I write it for myself because I know that somewhere out there, there are people that might be going through the same things I am, and are looking for that normalcy that this blog may offer. Who knows?
I write this blog because I am very social, and was excited that people were reading my boring life and sending me messages, agreeing and disagreeing, and just having fun with it. Thanks to everyone, by the way.
So, this is why I started the blog. It’s kind of a little diary that I happen to share with others.
