Do what I do. I write my Blog Posts first on a Microsoft Word Doc, SAVING them periodically as I go. Once I'm finished, THEN I slap it into my Blog and finish formatting it or whatever. This way if something WERE to go wrong and POOF ... I still have a copy of my Post to insert right back in there quickly. I don't think it's happened to me yet with my Blog. But, I definitely learned my lesson from it happening many times with my Posts on the AOL Message Boards. Especially the last couple of weeks ... the AOL Message Boards have been VERY hungry. They're swallowing up a LOT of posts. You'll click on <Send> on a Post, there will be a long delay, followed by the message, "Product not available." Once you get that message, if you didn't have a copy of your post, you're a goner. You'll have to recreate your Post from scratch. So, now I create all my Posts and Replies over on AOL ... on an E-mail and save them first.
Anyway, that would be my Tip for avoiding any future Blog Posts of yours being swallowed up by some glitch.
