About me

I was born in Louisiana (where the Mississippi River enters the Gulf of Mexico) in the US. I do remember an 8-mm (celluloid and silent) film of my first birthday celebration, there. I personally remember being 2 years old in Milton, New Hampshire. My mother's mother taught me to read and speak french (at about 4). We moved to Vermont. Kindergarten was at Mount Saint Joseph Academy (MSJ). Love the Green Mountains! Lived on Crescent Street in Immaculate Heart of Mary parish. Moved to Hazel Street (on my Monica's birth day). Now, we were in St Peter parish. Dad taught & coached JV basketball at MSJ. I attended high school at MSJ (& worked at Ted's Pizza). Played around East Creek, Lake Dunmore, Mountain Meadows in Mendon (now called Killington -- after the 2nd highest peak in VT), Chittendon Dam, Brandon, Lake Bomoseen, Lake Hortonia. Fixed electronics for Doc Hayles. Studied for a BSEE from RPI in Troy NY -- cum laude in 1979. Worked for RPI, IGC in Guilderland NY, IBM, LeCroy Research Systems in Spring Valley NY, AT&T in Piscataway (then Somerset) New Jersey, Sprint in Iselin 'til June (2002). Worked in Bridgewater NJ as a private security officer (through Motivated Security Services). Now, I am in VT -- oops, Vermont.
