..HAVE TIME TO LAUGH.....my favourite philosopher's have this to say about laughter.,....the most wasted of all days,is one without laughter....,laughter is by difinition healthy..Many peope will pay more to be amused,than to be educated..if you dont learn to laugh at trouble.,you won't have anything to laugh at when you are old..,ALways laugh when you can,it is cheap medicine..Laughter gives us distance.,it allows us to step back from an event,deal with it,and then move on..TOTAL ABSENCE OF HUMOR RENDERS LIFE IMPOSSIBLE......Laughter is inner jogging..above all beware of too much laughter..for it deadens the mind and produces oblivion..
