Salvation VJ software

One of my top picks for VJ software. In this case it's the
Node based interface that I like soooo much. I was asked
once by the maker of it should he go with Java or some
other scripting language. I said Java, he made the right
choice. In hind sight, I would have would now go Python.
Who know maby he will make some binding in the future.
You could always make them yourself hehe

Papervision 3D

Alot of big names in the creative world ( my world ) using this joint ( old school
talk for product hehe ), if your into flash and your not a math wizard to
create 3D worlds in AS this might be your solution.

Scriptographer

Scriptographer is a scripting plugin for Adobe Illustrator™. It gives the user the possibility to extend Illustrator’s functionality by the use of the JavaScript language.

The user is no longer limited to the same tools that are used by most graphic designers around the globe. Scriptographer allows the creation of mouse controlled drawing-tools, effects that modify existing graphics and scripts that create new ones.

But Scriptographer is also a webpage on which users can exchange scripts and ideas.

Scriptographer gives the tool back into the hand of the user and confronts a closed product with the open source philosophy.

If that sounds good to you, download it today.

My video graphics work

Just some of my own original motion graphics works. As you can
see from my blog, I am influeneced by many media, applications
and processes. I create my professional work in Cinema 4D, Adobe
After Effect, 3D studio Max what ever else I can produce stunning
motion graphics with.

Nada: An artist tool for hardware prototyping

,

NADA affords both the technical novice and expert an unified platform
for prototyping physical interfaces and digital content - from handheld
product concepts to reactive environments that can
be connected across the Internet.

Working models that require less work... NADA is designed for maximum
versatility and efficiency. It is a true cross-platform application,
and it connects to a variety of commercially available hardware for
bringing digital information into and out of standard PC’s and Macs.
Supported hardware is automatically detected and auto-configured,
minimizing complexity for the user. Project authoring with NADA
can be done in either Macromedia Flash MX2004 (or later) or Java™.
Even beginners without programming experience can design and
prototype with sensors, actuators, lights, switches and animation
using an intuitive graphical environment. Graduate to finer levels
of control by developing projects using the NADA API for ActionScript
and Java™.

Arduino: Controll hardware with your code

,

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based
on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended
for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in
creating interactive objects or environments.

Arduino can sense the environment by receiving input from a variety
of sensors and can affect its surroundings by controlling lights,
motors, and other actuators. The microcontroller on the board is
programmed using the Arduino programming language (based on Wiring)
and the Arduino development environment (based on Processing).
Arduino projects can be stand-alone or they can communicate
with software on running on a computer (e.g. Flash, Processing, MaxMSP).

Hyperion ( Demo tool XML based )

, ,

Hyperion is a tool designed to help developers and artists quickly create
and prototype realtime 3D solutions: demos, benchmarks, little applications
or games.

Hyperion works a little bit as FireFox or IE: it takes a 3D scene description
code, located in a XML file, and executes it. Really simple!

Hyperion aims to put realtime 3D graphics in everybody's hands by using
a new and very understandable scripting language that will ensure an
efficient understanding of the latest 3D technologies. Hyperion uses
a clever mixture of XML, LUA scripting and GLSL (OpenGL Shading
Language). The underlying 3D engine uses OpenGL for hardware graphics
acceleration.

Moppi DemoPaja ( Free demo Tool )

,

The demo consists of effects and importers which are loaded from
plugins. The demo is built on layers, which are groups of effects.
A layer doesn't have any other tweakable parameters than visiblity.
Effects on the other hand have multiple parameters which can be
animated using keyframe animation. Multiple parameters are grouped
into gizmos.

The user interface is divided into three parts. In the left is the
file inspector. The user can import files to the inspector and drag
them to the layer list shown left in the timeline window. In the
middle is the main view where the actual rendering is shown.
