How many Toolbars?

Do you use Internet Explorer or Firefox? How many Toolbars do you have? 1, 2 or more than 4? Do you use every of them? And you know, what every of them makes your browser slower?

I was just using Stumble Upon toolbar in firefox, quite good.

in IE8, I disabled nearly everything, and it is so fast!

Yeah, IE is like the toolbar home. Every programm want to put his toolbar in it. I cannot understand how people on earth can exists, that install every toolbar and didn't read the 3 small lines, that ask you: Install or not?
