Here there is a saying "donna al volante, pericolo costante" that translates in "woman behind the steering wheel, constant danger".

Muneco is not singing, he is crying "look at the road you @#@@!"

I did not know the saying in english, I translated it from italian. Those saying do not translate well, that is the reason why automated translators aren't effective.
