31 August
Why is it so difficult to change the way we think and act? Perhaps some of us r just obstinate... They do not want to see the flip side me something (could it be some kind of a 'blindness'). Look at me... I am supposed to give up drinking...( i've resolved drinking is not doing me any good anyway). I know its the best thing for me... But what did i do today? You don't have to imagine...i drank the whole day...from 10 am... Can some one please tell me how i can resolve this conflict...

Time
No matter what one wants to do, orwish had done, or plan to do, or fantasize about while one is doing something else, the final reality of your life is how one spent their time....

We have heard about a woman's right to her body... But, why does it seem that, unfortunately the more elegant a woman's dress the less of her body it will cover? Like, very low neck lines, high-rise slits, see through fabrics......well i sought of believe that women are not deliberately flaunting their bodies for male provocation... (Or are they?). The women could also ask "why should I have to change what I wear bcos some guys can't keep their minds in the right place? But like i know some people will agree with me...an exposed cleavage for instance is the most "come and lust after me" thing a girl can show while still wearing clothes.

Changing....
Is there something inside of us that keeps us from remembering kindness in the moments when we are angry?...or that keeps us from knowing forgiveness when we harbour resentment towards someone? Why is it also that most of the times there is just too much effort required to make the life changes we know we should make in order to live a more productive and positive life?.........
