A weekend off!

March the 24th and 25th will be our first weekend together in 2007 without any commitments!!!

That makes it a quarter of a year since we last had a just-hang-around-and-relax weekend!

Tomorrow I have to get my hair cut, then we go to see someone since I promised back at Christmas to clean all the viruses off their PC. On Sunday it's up early for the Australian Grand Prix (although this may get taped and watched later), then a couple of hours setting out the hash, followed by the hash itself in the afternoon. So quite a fun, but full, weekend still to go.

Having said all this, I wouldn't be surprised if Jazz decides to organise dinner with the neighbours or something on the (currently) free weekend... in which case I have to wait till Easter! We're thinking of taking a train-trip during the 31st of March / 1st of April weekend 'cause it's my birthday on the 3rd.

Small update - we're going to ask the neighbours for Saturday evening, and the weekend afterwards we're thinking about a train-trip to Lourdes.

Cool - we've never really got to know our neighbours. I just know them as the guy from no. 22, oh, the one from no. 25 etc.etc. They all seem very pleasant though.

We've only had two nightmare neighbours who both lived in the flat upstairs. One was before Woody moved in with me and the second was a pothead who played his music unbe-flipping-lievably loud. And it was always bloody Sean Paul! To this day, I can't listen to Sean Paul!

Well it was a fun an interesting evening with the neighbours. Then yesterday we were totally knackered and just watched recorded films and TV series, with a short break for a walk in the park. During the evening I went out to get pizza, then we watched a little more recorded TV and went to bed.

But more info about yesterday in my next blog...
