My Teacher on Jupiter: A Quick Way To Relieve Pain.

I "landed" on the gaseous environment and at first was a bit confused, but then I remembered the transparent being I had seen here on my last mental trip. We did not have much time to talk that day before something drew me back to earth. Now I was determined to find him.
The Jovian moons were clearly visible through the multicoloured foggy environment. I took a minute to count the ones on the western horizon. They were twelve, of different sizes, and giving out different shades of light which did not seem to be reflections from the dim golden orb of the distant sun. They looked like living objects, swimming in their orbits on their own volition.
I looked round. I was standing on a plain sheet of gas which changed colours at intervals. In the distance were some dwellings. Yes, dwellings made of material I do not know. As I made the intention to move towards them, I found myself in front of a small green bungalow. On Jupiter you move by thought or intention. Wherever you want to go, you are there.
Then I saw the majestically robed man I was looking for standing in front of the door, smiling. He looked like an earthling of about sixty-five years old. His beard was spotless white.
"Welcome, friend," he said, "come in".
When I had taken a seat he went straight to the point.
"I want to teach you a quick way to relieve pain, as a first aid only. It does not replace the doctor's advice or prescription.
When you have a pain in any part of your body, do the following:
1. Image the part of the body in a portrait style. Look at the image as if you are looking at a large photograph.
2. Imagine a blue line running across it diagonally from the top left to the bottom right, like this: \
3. Dont fight the pain. Simply observe the blue line shining across it for about five earth-minutes. Dont judge, dont dismiss, dont doubt. Only see it calmly.
4. You'll soon begin to see that the image is changing. Allow it.
5. End your session with deep gratitude in your heart and keep your mind on love.
You are sure to get instant relief from the pain or discomfort. It can also be used to cancel strong negative thoughts that creep into your consciousness. For example if the thought of a car-crash occurs to you while on a journey. Dont fight the thought directly. Let the blue light flash diagonally cross the image and hold it for some time, then let go. But remember to always visualise what you would rather prefer soon after this exercise".
Immediately he finished saying this I found myself back home on earth, in my parlour, watching TV.
