hi.am Ugandan by birth and kenyan by registration .l was born in Mbale.(l knw not if a province or a district) my dad tell me my community were cursed .thats why l cannot come to Uganda.how is Mbale and how is My tribe(Acholi).l plan to come to Uganda in 2011.when am stable financially.to my community and see them
