Sick toddler

My son has not fully recovered from his stomach bug. I've had to return to work and had to send him to Nursery school. It broke my heart to see him cry this morning! cry wish I could stay at home with him! awww

Only child vs adding another

So, i have a child, as mentioned in a previous blog that he will soon be 3 years old, and i'm at a point in my life where i'm not sure if i should have another child or not. My first response is NO! but then i'm told i'm being selfish and that my son needs someone to play with and then i feel guilty.

Being a naturally indecisive person, it's left me rather frustrated as i would not like to have any regrets. So, can anyone help me out? What are the advantages of being the only child, and what are the disadvantages?
