Why do people feel unhappy?

Why do people shut themselfs in their rooms and cry?
Why do friends you've known for years suddenly decide to leave u forever?
Why do people wish u were never born?
Why are your friends so angry at you when all u want to do is share the burden?
Why are people so cruel when all u want is to be accepted.
And more important why am i saying this? At some point in our lifes we all feel sad and want to just give up. I myself have felt like hope is a fantasy. I`ve learned now that the true meaning of life is to live for your self and to help those around u as much as u can to feel good about yourself.

Its really depends on one self, I do feel sad most days and feel like I really don't fit in somewere. But to understand sadness you need understand the reason you feel that way.

Sounds right but easier said then done.My way is think positive(harder) and then things dont look as bad. Bad things are only bad from a bad perpestive. Look at it a different way and it doesnt look as bad just a part of life.A bad thing doesnt have to be bad it just has to be not happy.Say you fell over.A person whos see it bad will start swearing cursing and then go in and get changed and not go back out.A person who sees the good laughs at his own misfortune because it was funny gets changed and goes back out again

Haven't you ever felt that no one understood you or cared about you in anyway at all but yet you had friends that said they did. Well i think theres more to being accepted. I think theres a thing called being too accepted. Because people look to you for advice or to hang out or something like that it just adds up on stress. And when you have lots and lots of stress to begein with it makes it harder to go through your life like that its always nice to have friends there for you when you need them but sometimes friends make you unhappy and you need time alone in your room to cry and to think about things. Everyone needs time to do that. Not just the stressed ones but everyone.. No ones lifes is perfect as a matter of fact no one is perfect. MAYBE YOU NEED TO BE UNHAPPY TO BE HAPPY...

well the question is (what if?) does that ever cross your mind? like what if something happens you gotta be strong and it causes unhappiness? life does throw a few things at you upsetting and you do have to take it. like my pastor (teacher) tells me all the time lifes giving you things everyday to learn from thats how you know your getting stronger... well i guess thats were your getting it from you either gotta take it or take it and make the bast of it? Right?

yah i used to be that way but i'm pretty much happy with my life now i got people who really care about me and i'm starting to trust people again so lifes not as bad as what it use to be. i'm always told over and over again i can do what ever i want whenever i want as long as i put my mind to it but like you said you know your not ready for anything. And i trust very few people and when i mean trust people i mean 1 person my boyfriend i know he would never hurt me in anyway you have to lean on someone sometimes and if you don't trust anyone then how do you know you can do anything. sometimes you need someone to back you up.

WHen I was being bullied, I needed someone to back me up alright. No one did. So now, I go by my own terms and take wha tife throws at me by myself, so if I ever have no one to back me up, I wont need someone

They said I called them names back, I hit them you know stuff that the teacher would seem that it was a two way thing instead of one way.

They picked on me for a load of reasons.
They said I was ugly ( and to be honest im no looker but that did hurt )
Last year they started hittin me
They called me names
You know usual stuff

It was just me, mainly because I was sensitive. I took things very personally. I was a loner back then and I still am to this day. Mainly its because I thought myself to be smarter than them ( and to be honest when it came down to it I was ) but towards the end I let go of it ( in otehrs i stopped being stuck up it happens to everybody eventually ) but they held onto it and kept picking at me.

Yeah, once i completely lost it with this guy. That was around the last days. I couldn't take it anymroe, so i put him in a headlock to end all headlocks. His face came out red as a tomato and the onyl reason i let go is coz he looked like he was goign to pass out.

Its not something Im proud off, but if he ever picks on me again i have something over him atleast
