My study on my college is international hospitality. So, i have one week for theory class, one week for practical and so on.. But! when practical week, i have so many things to remember such as manager's name, supervisor in charge (SIC) and programmes. Here they are..

Objectives :
1. All subordinates should have a perfect knowledge, skill and attitude.
2. All subordinates should be able to handle every situation.
3. All subordinates should implement "Clean as you go".
Programmes :
1. Be the best of the best, with perfect simulation for front office, know and understand about floor maintenance for house keeping.
2. Yes, i'm able to handle every situation, for cshier able to handle transaction with manual or computerize system, for laundry able to make promotion to increase revenue in this last practical week.
3. Everyone should implement "Clean as you go".
DUTY MANAGER PROGRAMME
Motto : Last but not least
Objectives :
1. Hopefully all participants showing the best skill, knowledge and attitude.
2. All participants have to give wonderful performance.
3. All participants have to make the last week unforgetable.
Programmes :
1. Be perfect because this is the last.
2. You have to show that you are wonderful.
3. End up this week with joyfull.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER PROGRAMME
Motto : We wish nothing but the best for you
Objectives :
1. All participants must being punctual in this last practical week.
2. All participants have to try to grab all knowledge as much as we can.
3. All participants must leave our bad habit and attitude to the best.
Programmes :
1. Being punctual in this last week.
2. You have to grab all knowledge that have been given from previous week until now.
3. Erase all your bad habit and attitude if want to become the best one.

Motto : Make this last practical week unforgetable
Objectives :
1. This is the last practical week. So, all participants have to show their best performance.
2. All participants should be ready for the next level.
3. All participants should be excellent in all aspect.

STORE KEEPER PROGRAMME
Motto : Change for the better is my goal in this last practical week
Objectives :
1. All participants must closing general inventory because this is the last practical.
2. This is last practical week. So, all participants must be improve your attitude and more respect to each other.
Programmes :
1. Be objective when doing opening and closing inventory.
2. You should not go to work but you should go to work to create excellent.
3. Encourage this last practical week order to running well.
EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER PROGRAMME
Motto : Do the best for the last
Objectives :
1. All participants able to practicing in house keeping.
2. All subordinates must be prepare to be the next level.
3. Do not doing any simple mistake again when doing operational.
Programmes :
1. Build your motivation to be the best, start from now.
2. Yes, house keeping in in our body & soul.
3. Evaluating all activities that you get in the last.
