I have a theory about the human experience. Forget politics for a moment, which my father rather cleverly advised me when young will ruin everything, and focus just on humanity. I have a theory that there is actually very little difference between us all. If you are religious (and I mean truly religious) all the great religions preach the same, be tolerant of others, help someone who requires it, be charitable, be human. If you are not religious your life is the same as most. You are concerned about youf future. To feed your family. To work. To hope that your family are healthy and safe. Basic human instincts endemic to all. We are all the same. So ask yourself, is it not embarassing to the human experience that the sons of Abraham hate each other. That there are those with racist hatred towards Blacks, Asians or whomever is the current target. A review of history teaches us to be ashamed and yet we repeat it. When does it stop. I admit I am Canadian and live in a multi cultural society. There are still racists but in Canada we keep it quiet because Jewish work with Muslims, your neighbour might be Asian or Pakistani and we try to live together to advance society. Well shouldn't everyone. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers to all

Hi
It-s been awhile since I wrote. My big interest is genetics. Particularly J2. We are one of the oldest genetic groups. If you are J2 lets talk. We share a common ancestor thousands of years ago. Would be interesting to compare our lives in different places, different cultures, religion around the world. Cheers from Canada to all.

The Olympics in Canada arer over and what better way to see them end than with Canada winning the GOLD for hockey beating the United States. It's our game and we just reminded the world. The whole country is high and why not. Cheers

Well here in Canada the Olympics are going full blast. The world is watching and we're all high as our west coast mountains. And why not? We can all use a break from the economy, politics, the mid-east and we all know the list. So my advice is enjoy the moment. Like my father used to say bad news will find you. The good stuff you have to look for. Cheers

I am Canadian and very proud of it. It's true we live in the shadow of the United States. It's true we are a quieter more humble people. But we have made great contributions to science, technology, art and literature. But our greatest contribution is showing the world how a multi-cultural country (and we are) can for the most part live in peace and once again for the most part with respect for each other. An example of this is where I live. There is a Jewish Synagogue next door to. Muslim Mosque. They have complete respect for each other and share their parking lots for eachothers high holidays. ONLY in Canada we say. Now the Winter Olympics are here and suddenly the world is watching. The athletes from all over the world always feel welcome in Canada because they are welcomed by their own ethnic/cultural or religious group that already live here. I say let the world watch us for the next two weeks and MAYBE they might learn how to live together like we do. Cheers

Genetics
Have you tested your genetics. Are you J2 haplogroup? If you answer yes your genetic cousins are scattered all over the globe. BUT at some point thousands of years ago we ALL shared a common ancestor. Some of us are in the middle east, some the Mediteranean, some Europe, and North/South America. Even Africa. Interested to meet your genetic cousins and share life experiences, JOIN UP. Cheers

Just finished long day now waiting for my wife to finish her patients and then go home. Opera Mini makes waiting better than before much better browser for Blackberry less frustrating. My theory of life, does not matter where you are, culture, religion WE all go through the same day. We work, worry about family, think about dinner and who will make it, talk to a neighbour or someone on the bus or tram---point is we all do the same thing in a day which makes the human experience (war-genocde-fighting-) more intolerable. My thought for the day. Cheers to all

My wife is jealous that I loaded Opera Beta and have spent day on it (which is rare for me) So the deal is I tell everyone I am married/in love so no jealousy.
