It rained for 24 hours here. Today when I got up, the sun was shining brightly, but when I went outside, the wind was blowing very hard and it had turned cold. 50F and yesterday it was in the 70s. I had to go to doctor and nurse had to give me a blanket to wrap in over my jacket because his office was so cold I almost froze. Boy, do I hate winter.

Our weather isnt much better, today anyways.. the temp halved itself overnight and its overcast.. :yuck: sigh, the joys of 'summer'?

Hello, everyone! :smile:

It's currently 23:26 & the wind's blowing at a pretty flippin' high rate of speed, there is lightning in the sky above (sheet lightning...love that stuff. :o: ), it's raining, and there's a very eerie howling sound.

I just stepped out onto the balcony and stood there for a good ten minutes. I love storms. The Earth feels alive during a storm. I'm getting used to things feeling dead around me, so this is totally hittin' the spot! :yes:

:sst: This REALLY makes me wish I had a camera with really good night vision! :frown:

Ah, you fools know nothing about rain :rolleyes: Twosummers (I use the term loosely) ago it rained for 40 days straight. That's pratically my whole summer vacation. Count yourself lucky you do not live in the more-muck-brown-than-emerald isle.
