My neato little phone screen cleaner came in the mail today! 
The back side of it is made of this rubber substance that is somewhat sticky, but not sticky in the way that it'll leave any residue. What you do is, stick it to the back side of your phone, and when it comes time to clean the fingerprints off the face of the phone, you peel the little thingy off the back, clean the screen, and then replace it on back of the phone.

At least, those are the ones that I find. I'm sure that there are freebie sites & whatnot for other countries - I've just never had a reason to look into them.
