This week I have been mainly listening to:
The new Dirty Pretty Things "Romance At Short Notice" album - it's good.
BB Brunes - "Blonde Comme Moi" - French indie. For fans of Louise Attaque.
Digitialism - they're playing here next week and I may or may not go.
I have not been listening to:
The Futureheads - This Is Not The World. - Lads, I can understand you being anti-music thievery, but if a lass buys your album she should be physically able to rip/listen to the bastard thing on her laptop. People are not stupid/willing to pay nearly 20 EUR for a cd only to have to pay the same again on itunes for the digital version. People will just probably (and justifiably) have a go at you on their blogs and ya can't act all indignant if it gets posted randomly on indie messageboards for the masses to enjoy for free if they can't listen to the cd on a computer anyways. Not that you're that bothered anyhoo. Just saying, like:p
The Faint are coming to a city near you soon. They have a newish song "The Geeks Were Right". Indeed they are.
