'A TRUE FREIND'

Hi frens, I'll be away for sometimes, see you all soon again.

The 26 yr old mother stared down at her son who was dying of terminal leukemia. Although her heart was filled with sadness, she also had a strong feeling of determination. Like any parents she wanted her son to grow up and fulfill all his dreams. Now that was no longer possible. The leukemia would see to that.
But she still wanted her son's dream come true. She took her son's hand and asked, ''Bopsy, did you ever think about what you wanted to be once you think about what you wanted to be once you grew up ?''
Mommy, I always wanted to be a fireman when I grew up.'' Mom smiled back and said, let's see if we can make your wish come true.''
Later that day she went to her local free department in Pheoenix, Arizona, where she met Fireman Bob, who had a heart as big as Phoenix. She explained her son's final wish and asked if it mmight be possible to give her six yr old son a ride around the block on a fire engine.
Fireman Bob said, ''Look, we can do better than that. If you'll have your son ready at 7 o'clock wed. Morning, we'll make him an honorary fireman for the whole day. He can come down to the fire station, eat with us, go out on all fire calls, the whole nine yards!
''And if you'll give us his sizes, we'll get a real fire hat not a toy one with emblem of Phoenix Fire Dept. on it; A yellow slicker like we wear and rubber boots.They're all manufactured rigth here in Phoenix so we can get them fast''.
Three days later Fireman Bob picked up Bopsy, dressed hm from his hospital bed to the waiting hook and ladder truck. Bopsy got to sit on the back of the truck and help steer it back to the fire station. He was in heaven.
There were 3 fire calls in Phoenix that day and Bopsy got to go out on all three calls. He rode in the different fire engines, the paramedic's van, and even the fire chief's car. He was also videotaped for the local news program.
Having his dream come true, with all the love and attention that was lavished upon him, so deeply touched Bopsy that he lived three months longer than any docter thought possible.
One night in the hospital months later, all of Bopsy's vital signs began to drop dramatically and the head nurse ,who believed in the hospic concept that no one should die alone, began to call the family members to the hospital.
Then she remembered the day Bopsy had spent as a fireman, so she called the Fire Chief and asked if it would be possible to send a fireman in uniform to the hospital to be with Bopsy as he made his transition. The chief replied, '' We can do better than that. We'll be there in 5 minutes. Will you please do me a favour? When you hear the sirens screaming and see the lights flashing, will you announce over the PA system that there is not a fire? I's just the fire Dept. Coming to see one of its finest members one more time. And will you open the window the window to his room?
About 5 minutes later a hook and a ladder truck arrived up to Bopsy's third floor open window and five fire fighters climed up the ladder into Bopsy's room. With his mother's permission, they hugged him and held him and told him how much they loved him.
With his dying breath, Bopsy looked up at the fire chief and said,'' Chief, am I really a fireman now?'' ''Yes, Bopsy, you are a fireman now,'' the chief said. with those words, Bopsy smiled and closed his eyes one last time. he passed away later that evening.

I use to think that there may be someone like me atleast somewhere in a corner of this world;
How I wish to see and meet them, I wanted to know how they live, what they do, will they like me? Or will they be bad people only !
I also use to dream that when I grow old I will become a big shot, respected,educated and a very rich person;
sometimes also I use to think who is going to be my wife, how I wish to know her, see her face and where she lives, will she be a nice and beautiful person etc.
When I grow old I will travel the world, knowing little of financial aspects LOL.
With no worry even a bit .
Then my next question was if God made us then who made God ? If there was nothing, only empty space before God created the Universe, then how it may look like ? I also thought that God must be an old man with white hair and beard , kind, strict, powerful person, floating like clouds and always watching us!
Oh those were innocent imaginations of my childhood days.

On this day the 26/11/2008,ten Lasker et. terrorists men came from pakistan side;
by sea enroute to Mumbai;
They unleashed their reign of terrors at Hotel Taj, Trident-Oberoi; Killing many innocent men,women and children; Those dead includes not only Indians but also from many other foriegn nationals; Brave heart Indian policemen and soldiers lost their life while executing rescue operations and fire fights with those terrorists, I pay my humble homage, respect and salute them and to all those immortal innocent souls. Altogether 179 people died;
Many lost husbands,wives, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, freinds and loved ones.
Oh think of them, many were having beautifull plans and dreams ; with no idea that they were in the last moment of their life ! Smothered forever from the face of this world, where they loved so much to live on like anyone of us !
Lets all condemn all forms of such innocent killings, with one voice and start to promote peace and love.
'Lets all learn to live in peace and let others to live in peace too'.

As the sun sets far over the horizon; a gentle breeze passes all over me with a faint sweet fragrance of some distant flowers, seeing , feeling and enjoying with this gift of nature, my heart melted with full of love,happiness and peace after much of mental and body fatigues.
