Anonymous writes: some more tips here. *firstly, You need an suitable dictionary (this doesn't mean u need the expensive one, a good dictionary is the one that can give you examples, chunks of language, collocations...especially collocations, they will help you avoid "translate" and make yr E sound natural. I highly recommend Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary, It might be little hard at the beginning 'cus it's for advanced level but you will adjust to it later. Try it and u will see what u can get from it, for instance, in the text I already corrected some mistakes above, if you have goog collocations, you can improve yr E, like "Talk to someone, NOT talk with-this is vietnamese-english translation)...Go get you a dictionary *secondly, Basic grammar first. some day, u will somehow realize that when speaking whatever the level is, grammar you use is very simple, primarily basic grammar. seem hard to believe but do try to listen to BBC radio, you will see it. It's only a matter of words and how you "Arrange" the words in your speaking. so revise your grammar frequently, NEVER try to cram. it just doesn't work that way. *thirdly, let's see what i can advise u. Am I talkative. my god. Ohh, some prepositional mistakes. I should let u know that preposition is the hardest aspect of learning English. because we are not native speakers, so we don't know how to use it naturally and also, there are only few rules to remember how they r used. the worse thing here is that most of them don't follow the rules we learn and there are always exceptions. Sadly, the exceptions of prepositional usage are...more than you can imagine. from my experience, I think the way to put preposition in the right place and at the right time is to listen to E as much as u can (over and over again, a classical boring advice). But it works. I should stop here, it's pouring rain this morning.

Anonymous writes: ABOUT DICTIONARY, I don't think your need a book of dictionary. Whatever it is, but you should have one, wherever you put it, it might be a CD-ROOM installed on yr computer or a traditional book. But you must have one, It's ok to have one either on computer or a book. it's greater to have both of them. Good luck with yr studying. I am running out of my last day off.
