С наближаването на 5 юли, играта на политиците загрубява. По-ясно и няма как да се каже, но едно е сигурно тези парламентарни избори ще са много важни за бъдещето на страната ни, особено след 3 години членство в Европейския Съюз. Новото правителство трябва да има няколко основни цели и дългосрочна стратегия.

Управленския и административен капацитет трябва да бъде увеличен, чрез множество реформи и намаляване на разходите, чрез използването на нови и модерни технологии.

Но как да стане това?
1. Нови мощни сървъри и сайтове на министерствата
2. Нови електронни услуги за гражданите и бизнеса
3. Нови системи за разпределение и поток на документите
4. Централизирана база данни за гражданите достъпна за всички институции, с разширения и модификации за всяка една институция ползваща я.
5. Намаляване на 50% на чиновниците

Другите важни цели трябва да са: ударно подобряване на инфраструктурата и транспортна стратегия, стимулиране на ЖП-сектора (създаване на интермодални, Ro-La, Ro-Ro терминали), земеделието и селските райони, малкия и среден бизнес, създаване на екологична стратегия, повишаване на субсидиите за научни проекти и образование.

С други думи казно трябва да се работи целенасочено за устойчиво развитие на страната, така че на 5 юли е време да се гласува, а не да се спотайваме, защото всеки негласувал прави престъпление срещу родината си!

Opera 10 and Unite

Отдавна си мечтая за нещо като Opera 10, което наиситна да има потенциала в едно приложение да се събере целият ми онлайн живот, включително и шеърване на файлове. Идеята за собствен и лесен уебсървър ми харесва страшно много. Само като си представите, че това ще е новата революция на уеб пространството. В момента в който е включен домашният компютър и браузърът му е включен файловете ти са споделени със всички твой приятели. Това наистина ще промени много неща, защото Opera е може би единствения браузър с наистина изпипан и добър интерфейс, пък е и светкавично бърз.
Е тук е мястото да критикувам Apple за iPhone и iPod Touch, които имат наистина добър браузър (Safari), но е време да има алтернативи като Opera Mobile, защото просто с услуга като Link и Unite в джоба се елиминира нуждата от каквото и да е било друго устройство. Но както и да е

Finishing 11th grade

Hey there the summer break will be soon upon us in Bulgaria and I'll be finishing 11th grade. I'm aspiring to get the best marks possible and to have avarage mark over 5.60 in our marking system in which 6.00 is the highest mark and 2 is the lowest. I have still much to do at school and I'm even searching for oppurtunities to study abroad namely Vienna since it's one of the best places in Central Europe and it's close to every part of the continent and will give me a chance to be a base of operations and to travel around. I'll be starting work as a painter and this would give me a good start for buying me a new camera. I'll try to earn a good $1500 for the summer and to have a good start for the life that's ahead me, because as time flies I have only a few months till I get 18 and have to look after my self. I'll be studing intensively German and Mathematics in the summer as well... Ah there won't be any break for me as it looks. I hope to have some time to do what I love most - sailing, but only time will tell.

Yay for 9.50!

browser opera 9.50 kerstel

Hey this is my first day with the new Opera 9.50 and I'm pretty impressed by the look and feel of the browser and I LOVE IT! The default skin is very sharp looking and is the best looking browser on the market for now. It looks awesome on XP and fits Vista styling. It also looks pretty nice with the Ubuntu Human theme.
But still there are lots of problems with the HTML formatted e-mails in the embedded mail client. I'd like to see full html functionality since the Layout engine should be just a little bit modified to display correctly html mail. Morover I'd like to see the possibility to send HTML formatted messages via the embedded client since is quite useful and makes a lot of sense using it. Also adding a calendar module inhouse with support of iCal and Google Calendar would make things even better and make Opera really an Internet suite - all you need for your online world... I love the speed of the browser, but it's lacking masking as Firefox or IE for all of the web, only for certain sites. I hope we really get these features in the next major release of Opera since the performance is unparalleled and it has low CPU and memory usage. I hope I'm heard throut the place here. Waiting for your comments!

Getting in new Dimensions!

Hi people!

A few days ago I installed the new Opera Mini 4 on my MotoRAZR V3i. It was the friday sunny morning and I was preparing for my last friday at school for the term. I got very excited that I managed to get the marks needed for a scholarship and made me feel quite well. But in all the joy I had forgotten to bring my essay concerning the Media. Pity right? Yes but the Opera Mini was in my help and saved me. I had my essay posted in my old blog and magic happened. My teacher said to me If you don't have the essay, you won't get a 6 (6 equals A in Bulgaria) and my reply was check it out. The thing he saw way my blog on my phone and got interested not in the essay itself but the look and feel of mobile browsing. He felst as if he had the power to be free to browse everything. I explained him the that this was Opera Mini and the way it works and that it could run on every Java enabled mobile - his answer was "Just give me a download link and right you get your 6". I think this was the first time I realised myself the power of Opera Mini. As school ended I went out with friends for a beer, because it was friday and it's summer

So I was with my best friend and two girls, one of which is the most beautiful girls I've ever met (that's another story). The other girl was (and still is) my cousin, we made a bet on the release date of the Whitesnake song Fool For Your Loving

So we opened up the Opera Mini and loaded up Wikipedia

The browser left my friends with their eyes open, because I was free to see the web whenever and wherever I wanted to! The bet I won was a beer so let's see? Opera gave me the opportunity for a scolarship, won me a beer and impressed many people with its features!
