My OperaOpera Blogging using Open Office Writer

If you are using Open Office, then you can use OOo Writer to easily edit and manage your opera blog.
1) First download the Open Office plug-in “Sun Weblog Publisher”
| 2) Open OOo Writer and go “Tools/Extension Manager...”. Press “Add” and locate the downloaded plug-in. Follow the instructions of the wizard and at the end the plug-in will be ready to use. |
 | 3) Before we finish from here we will setup “Sun Weblog Publisher” to use your Opera Blog. Select “Sun Weblog Publisher” plug-in and press “Options...”. A new window will appear. From there press the “Add” button. |
 | 4) Now in “Weblog Type” select “MetaWeblog (API)”. As a “Server URL” enter your Opera Blog URL ending with a “/api/”. Finally, add your “User name” and your “Password” and press “OK”. |
 | 5) Close the OOo Writer and reopen it. Now in the main toolbar you will have a new icon. When you end editing your new blog post press the “To Weblog...” button. |
 | 6) From the “Send to Weblog” window add a title to your new post, check the “Send as new entry” option and press “OK”. |
