Getting over it

What is the best way to get over someone after a year of trying to. I mean if knowing that chances are youll se them everyday cos you work with them isnt bad enough then what else could go freaken wrong?

I need advis on this one

Should i quit my job and get a new start or should i grin and bear it until i get over it???
