Whew, Smash Brothers... crazy Smash Brothers always updating the official site with news, and it's never the release date, oh well, at least we always have something to look forward to! finding out new things about one of our favorite games! it makes us warm n fuzzy inside... just like it did last time.

This time there is a little more meat to the post, because there is a little more info. Information this time pretty much makes it's rounds with: Item, Character, Special Moves, Stage, and Music!

"Read More" to get the dirt on this years most anticipated game!

Characters
Princess Zelda
Ahhh, the beautiful, delicate, and powerful Princess Zelda. She may not have made her appearance in the first Smash Brothers game on N64, but after her appearance in Melee for the Gamecube, this girl knows how to rumble! Zelda is a character that is better left in the hands of slighltly more advanced players, because she can get knocked around so easily, and her moves take ever so slightly longer to preform than the more balanced characters. What gives her moves the edge though is that they are powerful! the magic she preforms is frightening! That and the Princess' get-back move has a good distance to it. Remember though! Zelda is not just Zelda... oh no, when the player decides to sacrafice some of that power and distance for intense speed, they can transform into Sheik, Zelda in disguise! Sheik has not been officially confirmed for Zelda yet, but unless they did some serious overhaul of her character, we KNOW she is there! Shiek is very nimble and fast compared to Zelda and also has longer ranged attacks. But she gives up the brute force that Zeldas' magic deals.

Fox - Special Moves
Fox McCloud of the clan McCloud. Ok, maybee he isn't part of that clan, but he can still fight with as much intensity as the Scotts! Only his weapons are not forged from raw steel into blades of honor, no deeds and dudes, Fox relys on his super fast speed and weapons forged from robot pieces. Circuit boards, relays, fuses, and teh lasrz pew pew pew! Fox carries with him a mightly space blaster that would make Han Solo jealous. The laser has an ultra fast firing rate that deals damage to characters and items, but does not send them flying at all! it basically just weakens the character really quickly, allowing for the slightest hit to send them flying to destruction! The second piece of equipment is a reflector shield which he must have stolen from one of those Jackals..... wait, No! Slippy, the frog is most likely the mastermind behind this item! He most likely adapted the shielding from the Arwings to go portable and small enough for players outside of their ships! what a brilliant amphibian!

Stages
Lylat Cruise
The Starfox Series usually takes place in the Lylat Section of Space. And this time around, we are going to go for one crazy ride through alot of it, at once! This is probably the most spectacular looking levels so far, even though the platform you are fighting on is rather small. The things going on around the level look epic though! this is going to be a bowl of eye candy while playing, as the ship you are on top of flys through different sectors of the Lylat system at blazing speeds! Watch as the rest of Foxs' crew (maybee not Falco, he might be in the game as a character, he was in Melee) battles in the Arwings around you! It looks intense guys! Also the way the ship is designed, it looks like it may rotate in the game to offer a larger platform... who knows though... what do you think?

Items
Banana Peelbanana
'Ello B One! 'Ello B Two!, 'Ey B One, I have a question for you... Yes, what is it B Two? Where is your skin B One?... Oh, right B Two, it's in the game Super Smash Brothers Brawl for the Nintendo Wii.... Oh, ok B One, I guess that makes sense... does it hurt B One? - Only when someone slips on it B Two! HAHAHAHAHA! bigeyes Sorry readers, I, I don't know what came over me, I appologise. Anyway if the Banana Peel was from any other place in space and time BESIDES Bananas in Pajamas, it would have to come from the Donkey Kong universe, which makes a helluva lot more sense! How does it work you ask?... Have you ever seen a cartoon I ask! It's a simple process involving friction, gravity, and Kinetic energy...Throw peel onto ground, Wait for someone to run in direction of peel, Someone slips on peel, You laugh your brains out!
How many of you are going to enjoy playing with the peels!? I know I am! How could you turn off such a masterpiece!? Well, maybe the so called "top players" think it's cheap. (Just Kidding guys, you know I'm never going to let you live this down wink)

Music
Ocarina of Time Medley

Just listening to this song hints that another "cruise" type level is waiting for us. This time in the land of Hyrule, at least thats what I feel when I listen to it. It's a medley from the Ocarina of Time off the N64. Composer Koji Kondo is the original mastermind behind the memorable tunes, but this arrangement is headed by Wild Arms composer Michiko Naruke. "Hey! Listen!" - Navi

- Captain Seagull

Amazing, It remembers me the first time I saw SMB: Melee
the Zelda medley sounds very good but I would like it to be a remix of only one song.

"Bananas in pajamas are coming down the stairs. Bananas in pajamas are chasing teddy bears!!"

Zelda was one of my favorite characters to use in Melee so it's good to see her return.
