Dojo Update: Grab and Throw

Good ol' Grab and Throw. It is a staple of the Smash Bros. franchise and very important to your fighitng strategies. Today the Dojo decided to tell us about it again. Just shield, then hit the attack button, then move the control stick in any direction. It also says to really get in the habit of using it.
