Dojo Update: Spectator

, , , , ,

Ever wanted to watch other people play a Smash Bros. game, but couldn't? Now you can. Brawl uses the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection to allow you to watch other people battle it out from around the world. You see, you have the option of turning on Spectator mode in the Wi-Fi settings. This will send your match to Nintendo, who will send it to anyone who wants to watch your match. They can't save it, so don't worry.

You can even place bets on who will win! Just place your coins on who you think will come out on top. Sakurai even mentions that they will be 'passing out stickers left and right', so just by using this mode you can increase your collection.

uh oh! Do I hear Jack Thompson complaining in the far distance or is it just me? :D

Why would Jack Thompson complain about this? It isn't realistic violence.

No, not that. The simulated gambling. He might end saying something ridiculous as, " stuff like this is making children into future compulsive gamblers" or something like that.

I hate Jack THompson.

He is gamer's enemy #1.
